Give company administrators the ability to allow other members of their company to join DOTA automatically when they signup with a company email account.

The map on the market analysis dashboard does not show the number of policy holders in each state unless you hover your mouse over each state. Instead, we should show the number on top of each state so you can see it without hovering.
