On each appropriate page, show the following messages below the table of results. "Crashes from the past 48 months." "Inspections from the past 24 months." "Violations from the past 24 months."

When a crash is removed from a motor carrier's BASIC scores, show the reason why it was removed. It was either from the DataQ process or the CPDP process.
